Job Description
This role main purpose to ensure WMS system reliability by supervising team of superusers & liaise with IT to ensure developing & maintaining present & future systems that support Warehouse Operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Single point of contact (WMS Center of Excellence) with IT team & external implementation partners; handling system updates, fixes, etc.
- Act as the primary support of the company’s systems solutions for the user community by leading & developing training plan & attend UAT session for all new enhancement & changes in system.
- Co-design & maintain regular SC dashboards & reports on Micro Strategy & other platforms (design, develop & maintain)
- Communicate with IT Team to identify & recommend changes & enhancements & liaise with the software developer in order to support operational enhancements & fixes.
- Ensure system reliability through continuous evaluation for system effectiveness to recommend changes & successfully close support service request issues and support testing activities with IT team where appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs & evaluate alternative business solutions as well as identify & pursue any process improvement regarding RWMS to ensure warehouse operations satisfaction.
- Responsible for implementation of RWMS in new DCs or operations as well as working with project teams to help implement, maintain, and improve Internal Systems.
- Monitor Cycle Count Process over all DCs and ensure process compliance as well as communicate results to top management.
- Responsible for engaging the top management in projects, issues & system performance as well as providing feedback for the indirect reporting super users performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- 3 Years of Experience
- MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
- Warehouse Management System
- Fluent in Arabic & English
