Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems. Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.

- Identifying, resolving technical incidents and problems proactively to ensure a prompt solution.
- Providing real-time-monitoring of drilling activities in order to complete operations in a safe and efficient manner
- Developing your technical knowledge and expertise to provide effective problem solving.
- Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing Realtime system issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or IT
- 5+ years of experience in application support
- Experience with IIS or similar application server technology administration
- Extensive experience with working on Windows servers and MS-SQL databases and understanding of network infrastructure including switching, routing, Ethernet.
- Application deployment and implementations experience
