Job Description
Specific duties of the Contract & Supplier Manager include: Develop and nurture a cohesive interface between stakeholders and suppliers. Review and maintain adherence to contract and supplier management processes. Aggregate contract and supplier performance metrics, and feedback to suppliers.

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and escalate potential risks to BU Head and/or Director.
- Ensure variations to contracts are captured through the correct means. i.e. addendums, work orders, POs, Variation Orders, etc.
- Work with the Procurement team, BU’s & Legal to negotiate contract terms.
- Identify and escalate potential risks with renewals to BU Head and/or Director.
- Draft supplier agreements liaising with buyers, BU representatives, and Legal.
- Maintain supplier agreement database in oracle to ensure renewal, and terminations are managed in a timely manner.
- Continuously looking for ways to improve supplier agreement terms.
- Monitor supplier compliance with contracts – track and report on penalties.
- Be able to lead meetings and provide actions plans to finalize a common goal.
- Communicate effectively in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highlighting risk to the Senior Leadership team and providing a recommendation.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft BI – is a plus
- Good knowledge of contractual law
- Strong negotiation
- Strong knowledge of excel /word
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
- Strong written & oral communication
