Job Description
The Sponsorship Manager is responsible for coordinating the sponsorship efforts of the Students’ Union, and for investigating other funding opportunities. This full-time position will focus on developing relationships with new sponsors, and for managing existing relationships.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sponsorship sales plan for attracting sponsorship partners for the event in an effective manner to achieve the event KPI.
- Manages all sponsorship activities. Responsible for sponsor prospecting, proposal customization (playbook) and presentation, sponsors onboarding, contract revision and servicing, sponsor follow-up and support.
- Interface with the Project team and manage online and offline sponsorship programs to ensure a steady stream of prospects and future sales.
- Submit prospect activity, and forecast reports to the Project Team on a regular weekly basis.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years large scale event experience.
- Dubai experience is a must.
- Must be available immediately.
- The ideal candidate has several years of working in the field of sponsorship and events.
- Must be able to use good judgment and work independently in a multi-task position within a dynamic, team-based environment with solid time-management and organization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and strict attention to detail is imperative.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
