Job Description

Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Sales managers are oftentimes expected to travel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve the sales objective defined for new and pre-owned cars of the McLaren brand by managing his sales team
  • Foster brand building and customer experience building activities (e.g. leverage activities across various channels, on- and offline:
  • physical/store, web (including 3rd party) and App)
  • Achieve a high level of potential utilization and secure the vehicle importer revenue
  • Exploit sales potential in the local area of influence
  • Gain and loyalise the commitment of customers to the importer by means of personalized service and professional support
  • Stabilize and continuously expand the importer-customer base
  • Ensure cross channel selling and customer satisfaction through the integration of off- and online channels
  • Ensure online communication with customer according to defined retail standards

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
  • Strong sales manager experience of an premium or luxury automotive dealership
  • Strong industry knowledge and experience of automotive luxury brands (McLaren, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Bugatti, etc.)
  • Excellent planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
