Job Description

A sales account manager oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers. Sales account managers are responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the achievement of sales, profitability and cash flow targets locally
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Lead generation, customer profiling, activity planning and CRM updating
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction on the field locally
  • Guarantee adequate market feedback on the segment trends
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships, seek new opportunities
  • Follow appropriate sales activity planning and the GSN code daily application
  • Market management and fulfilment of appropriate no# of customer/prospect visits in line with Company sales code 
  • Guarantee the respect of Technogym cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience as Sales Account Manager or in similar role in Durable Goods and/or Services, Software, Automotive Heavy Machinery and Devices industries in the UAE public and private sectors
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Ability to build a strong long-term relationship with the customers
  • Excellent verbal and written English, Arabic language is a plus
  • Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Consultative selling approach and negotiation skills
  • Solid experience with CRM software, knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Result-driven approach

  • Team-player, strong collaboration, communication & leadership skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Digital knowledge and proactive business-development attitude
