Job Responsibilities

  • Accordingly Collect and provide regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices to keep the HR office well informed for any changes in procedures and rules
  • Al in all Gather and submit all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time
  • Additionally Renew, update, and keep up all employees and their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that organization’s records are up to date in the labour and Immigration Departments
  • Albeit Update all business and trade Licenses, follow-up official approvals and permits
  • After that Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies
  • Afterward Deal promptly and productively on general enquiries about PRO functions
  • Assist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals
  • Altogether Knowledgeable enough on the process of getting residency permits etc.

Job Requirements/ Skills

  • At least 5 years of working experience as Public Relations Officer.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Labour Law and Employment Contract.
  • Basically Experience with Visa Applications, cancellations, Labour and Immigration.
  • Good organizational skills, together with good communication skills and business acumen
