Job Description:
A retail associate helps customers while they shop, answers questions, and assists in daily store operations. In this role, you serve as a representative of the retail brand and play an important role in the store’s overall success. Retail associates might also be referred to as sales associates or representatives
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting / welcoming the guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Approaching the guest and starting proactive communication.
- Assisting and advising guests to make purchases by recommending, describing and demonstrating products.
- Applying product knowledge while handling guests and improve the same on a regular basis.
- Working on promotions and achieving set targets.
- Handling basic guest complaints on the spot.
- Ensuring clean and safe environment.
- Ensuring all products displayed are properly displayed and labeled as per our brand standards.
- Assisting in quarterly and yearly inventory.
Job Requirements:
- Higher secondary or equivalent
- Moderate verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cash handling skills
- Good communication skills
