Job Description
A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers to retailers and customers. They also manage orders and coordinate stock of materials and equipment to ensure the company has everything needed.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments of products by all modes of transportation.
- Receiving of Shipment from Customer, third parties, suppliers and warehouse etc…
- Properly tag the shipment, segregate, Store and file the shipping documents.
- Prepare incoming & outgoing shipment paper works.
- Prepare the shipment for Delivery including packing as per standards.
- Maintain relationships and work closely with freight forwarders per NOV guidelines.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, provide all necessary documentation for all domestic and international shipments.
- Arrange transportation services to meet needs of customers and production schedules.
