Job Description
The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.

Job Responsibilities
- Live and breathe our service standards
- A lot calling
- Screening, arranging interviews, and any necessary testing of potential candidates.
- Interviewing entry-level candidates, preparing, and running assessment centers
- Providing recommendations and guidance to hiring managers
- Collaborating with hiring managers to plan, organize, and implement the recruitment and selection process
- Conducting reference and background checks
- Performing ad hoc recruiting reporting
- Coordinating with hiring managers to determine necessary information for job postings/requisitions
- Preparing job offer letters
- Pre-boarding new hires
- Reviewing and evaluating hiring documentation
- Coordinating with staffing agencies
- Creating and maintaining a talent pipeline
- Assisting in identifying talent challenges and working with our TA Leads to develop solutions to address them.
Job Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills to manage our candidates and our hiring managers
- A lot of patience
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
- Some Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams knowledge; the rest we can teach you
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, or Human Resources
