Job Description
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner. The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for working closely with other engineers and related construction, fabrication, and repair departments.

Job Responsibilities
- Draft and finalize Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP) for the assigned project
- Establish Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and ensure it is followed in all business activities
- Review and edit method statements in consultation with Site Engineers and Construction Manager for MEP activities required for the project
- Prepare check lists for installation and commissioning procedures
- Develop documentation formats for Quality Assurance/Control functions and processes
- Raise Work Inspection Requests (WIR) to be executed on a daily basis
- Witness and review work inspections
- Ensure the maintenance of inspection records and results
- Arrange to close all Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) raised internally and externally
- Provide supervision, guidance, and technical support to QA/QC Engineers and Site Engineers on a periodical basis to meet quality objectives
- Adhere to the company QHSE policy at all times.
- Report All QHSE incidents immediately and take necessary precautions.
Job Requirements
- 10 – 15 years’ experience in middleast in Engineering Contracting Company is mandatory
