Job Description
Project consultants contribute their operational, strategic, or technical expertise to projects. They collaborate with clients to determine project parameters, develop project plans in line with business objectives, and assign project tasks and resources.

Job Responsibilities
- Presenting the project to potential clients, offering full project information as appropriate and accompany client on viewings
- First point of call for all client relations and prospective client queries relating to the project
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, promoting the services and product on offer
- Liaising with clients for tenancy contract signing and payment collections
- Diary management for appointments
- Ability to network with prospective clients with the view to win new business opportunities or promote cross-selling within the company
- Identify creative and innovative marketing initiatives to attract potential clients, build on the brand and business reputation in the market
- Ensure accurate and timely inputting of data onto the database, developing tracking systems and client feedback systems
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in sales driven environment
- Local Real Estate experience preferred / Hospitality sector experience valued
- Educated to degree level or equivalent preferred
- Fluent in English and Arabic preferred
- Experience in working in a sales environment/client facing role
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
- Flexible and committed attitude
- Organized and excellent time management skills
