Job Description
Instructs applicants in procedures and form completion; administers oaths. Reviews identity documentation of applicants for accuracy and validity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism among the team.
- Be a point of call for all members, VIP’s and Special Attention Guest’s.
- Work with Traders Club colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
- Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
- Remain aware of all fire prevention/safety regulations and ensure that they are adhered to.
- Remain aware of all activities within the hotel.
- Assist other departments where necessary.
Job Requirements:
- A high standard of etiquette.
- Efficiency and punctuality.
- Attention to detail.
- A warm and friendly character.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Inspires others to deliver a memorable experience.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.
