Job Description

Executive Recruiter to oversee and manage all leadership hiring needs at Bayzat. This is a hands-on role that requires someone accustomed to handling high-volume recruitment activities in fast-paced environments, who has exceptional time management and organisation skills, as well as a knack for innovation and strategic thinking. The Executive Recruiter will work closely with senior hiring managers across the organisation, including VPs, SVPs and Bayzat’s C-Suite.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the end to end recruitment for our mid-management, VP and C-suite roles
  • Combine deep industry and functional expertise to attract top talent
  • Play a fundamental role in driving strategy and planning for all leadership requirements with includes alignment and collaboration with various stakeholders 
  • Understand all leadership job roles in depth which includes understanding business requirements, competencies and skills
  • Act as a subject matter expert of the recruitment process and job market and build a healthy pipeline for potential and future leadership candidates
  • Leverage your sourcing and networking skills to identify and attract passive candidates
  • Work closely with leaders of the organization to understand current needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent, HR Business Partners and C-level Executives to create a robust leadership hiring framework to ensure a non-reactive approach to hiring
  • Be on a constant mission to promote Bayzat’s EVP to larger audiences
  • Build a sustainable sourcing strategy for future mandates

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of executive search or leadership recruitment
  • Commercial Awareness – ability to understand how businesses are run, as well as budgeting, commercial goal setting and overall industry understanding
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
  • Focused and result driven 
  • Passionate for continuous improvement and open to feedback
  • Experience in executive search or leadership hiring for the GCC is highly desired
  • Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
