Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns. conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences. compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies. coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals in accordance to brief
- Develop and implement Marketing campaigns to promote residential products
- Managing media agency to develop and implement lead generation campaigns
- Campaign monitoring / testing to improve lead generation
- Development and implementation of promotions and activation
- Social Media – produce and manage content coordination and campaign management
- Assist in content development with appointed PR agency
- Campaign set up via internal CRM platform
- Maintain and update customer databases, conduct market research
- Oversee and manage budgets
- Monthly reporting with key sales and lead analysis
- Meetings and coordination between clients, developers, internal departments and third-party suppliers
- Event coordination and management for regional developer roadshows
- Occasional travel between UAE offices, as required
Job Requirements
- Excellent digital marketing skills, with proven track record of managing successful lead generation campaigns
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- IT, social media and numeracy skills
- Good report writing skills and high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivating with the ability to work on own initiative and to have a proactive, positive approach
- Well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fresh and innovative approach to marketing and PR events
- Ability to work as a team member and to be flexible in accepting new responsibilities as the department grows
- Previous experience in the residential property sector would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Computer literate with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications i.e., Word, PowerPoint and Excel with understanding of formulas and pivot charts essential
- Excellent time and task management skills
- Responsible and diligent in achieving deadlines
- Arabic language is advantageous, but not essential
- Valid UAE driving license
