Job Description
The Lead Project Management Specialist – Project Planning will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervising roles that are responsible for direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources
- Developing an operational year plan for the own department activities and suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
- Contributing to plan of larger unit and works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level.
- Communicating about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.
- Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.
Job Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Leadership.
- Have a diversified experience with key customer accounts in region.
- Able to master basic projects financials with profitable mindset in cost management solutions.
- Have an advanced skills in projects planning and schedule management tools.
- Have a dynamic customer engagement and cultural knowledge of the geographical region needs.
