Job Description
An HR Specialist is a professional responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions. They prepare compensation and benefits packages, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records and ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures.

Job Responsibilities
- Design a compensation package based on organization goals and strategy
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
- Ensure that compensation practices follow current laws and regulations
- Create and analyse job descriptions and salary evaluations and classifications
- Ensures the alignment of the HR Function with both the Global and Regional HR Strategy.
- Provides, strategic & functional support, to the KSA Team and senior management team.
- Responsible for managing HR project
- Consults with HR function, providing HR guidance when appropriate
Job Requirements:
- Experience in similar field
- Diplomatic when resolving issues.
- Willingness to adapt and learn from situation to improve future improvement.
- Hands on to improve a process
- Background in HR/ compensation
- Working knowledge of the Oracle ERP
- Must be knowledgeable Saudi regulation
