Job Description
Handling customer and colleague queries regarding networks, systems and applications, often through a help desk. Various ongoing tasks such as checking and proofreading content, data entry, database maintenance and using printers, copiers and the like.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide First level support to repair or to determine problems in computer systems and related equipment.
- Provides immediate solutions when possible, furnishes feedback to the users/customer
- Informs the IT Manager on reoccurring problems and issues that are affecting multiple users, enters resolutions into the tracking system.
- Training the staff on proper equipment handling opportunities and Corporate Social Responsibility activities
Job Requirements
- Degree in IT or related field
- Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in hotel industry or similar.
- Excellent coomand of English language both written and spoken
- Team player with trainer skills
