Yas Express Agent Job Description:
The position is responsible for welcoming Guests to the Yas Express, participating in the welcome & exit activities, interacting with our Guests and provides information about the Yas Island which allows our Guests to fully experience and enjoy their stay.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome Guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Engage each Guests as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests
- Ensure Guests know where to go to buy or collect tickets
- Escort Guests to Yas Island facilities and provide explanation/ relevant information of the services included
- Welcome groups and direct them accordingly
- Conduct Guest surveys using IPAD ensuring that all questionnaires provided are completed and submitted
- Maintain knowledge and awareness with ongoing promotions
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year operational experience in Customer Service setting/ hospitality industry
- Customer Relations/ Guest Services skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of English language (spoken/ written)
- Basic computer skills
- Analytical/ Problem Solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability and genuine willingness to entertain/ engage Guests
