Workshop Supervisor Job Description:
The primary focus of the role will be to assign and oversee a wide variety of workshop tasks, helping to achieve workshop financial objectives. To ensure and monitor technicians meet utilization, productivity and efficiencies targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist in daily Technician activity.
- People Management responsibilities including assigning daily duties to technician.
- Conduct performance Appraisal for reporting staff.
- Maximize technician work identification.
- Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce best safety regulations and practices.
- Measure and report effectively all departmental activities.
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 1 to 2 years in customer facing role
- Basic computer skills
- Valid UAE driver’s license
- Customer management
- Good communication skills
- Timely Resolution
- Basic computer skills
