A workshop controller is responsible for ensuring all work to vehicles in their garage (usually within a dealership) is carried out appropriately. This involves assigning work to vehicle technicians

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all vehicle repairs to be of Lexus Quality
- Achieve customer satisfaction by on-time completion of vehicle repairs or service.
- Full and accurate communication to workshop, parts, reception, and quality control.
- Maintain up-to-date progress on each and every vehicle under maintenance / repair.
- Technicians’ optimum utilization, productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain standard operation codes and current flat-rate manuals.
- All materials and labour resources used are posted to each and every job card.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in : Technical school / Certificate/ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive industry or similar role
- Read, Write and Speak English fluently, is computer literate and possess driving skills.
- Has a strong problem solving skills and inter-personal skills
