Job Purpose:

As a Watchman, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the security and safety of the premises and personnel under your surveillance. You will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols, and promptly responding to any security incidents or emergencies.
1- Watchman
Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Experience: Minimum 3 -4 years
Education: High School diploma (minimum)

Salary: AED1,250.00 – AED1,650.00 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises via surveillance systems, security cameras, and regular patrols.
• Maintain a high level of vigilance to identify and respond to potential security threats.
• Control access points and ensure the proper authorization of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify any security vulnerabilities or breaches
• Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
• Operate and maintain security equipment, including alarms, gates, and access control systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors or employees when needed
• Collaborate with other security personnel and team members to ensure a coordinated security approach.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 -4 years experience in a commercial or residential building
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Communication skills in English – verbal and written
• Customer service
• High School diploma (minimum)
