Position: Visa Officer

Average Salary: AED 4,717 per month

Job Description:
Keeps informed of laws, regulations and SOPs related to visa cases. screening, data entry, visa classification, scanning of documents, photo capture, fingerprint capture, printing, quality assurance and tracking and issuance. Tracks applications, including emergencies or high profile cases.
Job Responsibilities
- Process all types of visas including employment visas, residence visas for employees as well as entertainers, guests and as per requests from other Rotana Properties
- Assist the Government Relations Officer for immigration related tasks
- Submit relevant documents periodically to the immigration / labour office with regards to cancelled / absconding employees and delete from the hotel’s sponsorship list
- Liaise and work closely with the Human Resources Clerk to ensure that forms and formats for all transactions are correct and complete prior to submission
- Prepare on a monthly basis reports on visa reconciliation
- Carry out other relevant tasks and duties as assigned
- Maintain and cultivate goodwill and good relationship with Government Departments
Job Requirements
- You should preferably have previous experiences within the same role in a similar field.
- You must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic, English and computer knowledge as well is required.
