Description:
The Telephone Operator helps people direct telephone calls. He/She may use computerized telephone directories to find telephone numbers that callers request and make connections for calls. These calls include long distance, overseas and local. The Operator employed by businesses may answer all incoming calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Your role includes capturing crucial information along the sales funnel, increasing the knowledge of our target market for sales and aftersales, know the needs of our customers and have knowledge of the problems consumers want to be solved.
- As well as dealing with customer requests, you must offer ideas and insights as a means of helping to improve their experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate customers’ interest needs and requests to management and sales personnel; as well as written communication skills for email and documentation
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in English and Arabic
- Basic computer programs (e.g. CRM software, MS Office) and telephone systems
- Must be punctual, with the ability to manage assigned tasks within time schedule; as well as provide customer support in a timely manner.
