Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description:
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.
Job Responsibilities
- Autonomous role where you will be responsible for multiple offices.
- Manage the recruitment process for up to senior hire level
- Updating recruitment database and assessment activities
- Supporting talent management including project reviews and performance.
- Induction planning and on-boarding sessions for new hires.
- Centralizes all progress reports and maintaining recruitment dashboard
- Collects all relevant search-related information from internal stakeholders
- Monthly analysis of the recruitment and onboarding processes
Job Requirements
- Professional services or management consultant experience only
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in house
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in recruitment
- Excellent administrative and organizational ability
- High standard of written and spoken English
About Robert Half:
Robert Half are working with a well-known and diverse hospitality brand to appoint an ACIS (or equivalent) qualified Company Secretary to join their HQ based in the heart of Dubai. You will lead the delivery of the company secretariat for the portfolio of companies, boards, JVs and committees. Experience within a hospitality, real estate or a diverse investment organisation would be preferred for this position and you should have an excess of 10 years’ experience in a similar role. This role will only suit candidates who have proven experience within the MENA region.
