Storekeeper Job Responsibilities
- Reporting and evaluation of stock discrepancies.
- Advising of shortages to the Stores Supervisor.
- Responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed in the stores.
- The receipt and issue of purchased components and services into the computerized stock system.
- To pick, pack and label sales orders as detailed by the store supervisor.
- To work in an orderly manner ensuring the stores areas are kept clean and tidy and safe from hazards.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the Stores area.
- Participate in all appropriate stock-taking activities.
Storekeeper Job Requirements
- Store/Warehouse experience
- Material handling and preservation
- Oil and Gas/Manufacturing is highly preferred
- Microsoft (Excel/Word)
