Job Description:
A Store Assistant, or Sales Assistant sells products and assists customers in a store or retail outlet. Their primary duties include processing sales transactions, resolving customer issues and keeping the shop orderly.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure Back Store service levels are in line with company policies.
- Maintain operational standards in compliance with store audits.
- Communication and coordination with the Team Leader and Sales Associates.
- Stock level awareness and adherence to department operational parameters.
- Load- unload, stock arrangement and delivering of stocks.
- Helping/ assisting customers and other store staff.
Job Requirements
- Excellent excel skills
- Knowledge of the retail business and its functions
- Good Communication Skills
