Job Description:
This position plays an essential role in establishing and up-keeping the efficient running of day-to-day store and stock room operations front and back of house. Ensures the store and stock rooms are replenished and clean. Takes a proactive role in adhering to the Farah service standards as well as leisure facility branding guidelines where required. Displaying excellent product knowledge, efficiency, reliability and providing guests with the ultimate retail experience is a priority.
Job Responsibilities:
- Stock, load, cut and sort product in order to ensure maximum availability and department sales.
- Operate equipment (pallet jack, box cutters, dollies, cleaning supplies etc.) According to company guidelines.
- Assist cashiers with price checks and product replacement.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment. Stock shops and build and maintain displays.
- Assist in keeping front and back of house clean and mopping up spills etc.
- Answer department phone and provide assistance to callers.
- Maintain production counts by pallets and/or cases and assist with departmental ordering.
Job Requirements:
- Higher secondary or equivalent
- Moderate verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cash handling skills
- Good communication skills
