Bartender Job Description:
Works as one, has a passion for serving food, creating cocktails, and engaging with guests. Your versatility and broad skill set will be showcased at the Queen Elizabeth II Hotel.This includes preparing drink orders, maintaining stock, creating bar menus. The incumbent will deliver genuine hospitality in delivering exceptional Guest service in the bar area.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Experienced in 5-star hotels
- Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
