Job Description:
As a Service Delivery Coordinator for cementing operations, you will ensure maximizing short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.
- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars.
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.
- Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
- Being the primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.
- Being familiar with the assigned client’s process for MOC.
- Issuing escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives.
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Have a bachelor’s degree or a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent level of education.
- Have minimum of 12 years of experience in Cementing Operations.
- Have experience in maintaining cementing equipment.
- Have strong oral and written communication as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams and lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and find solutions for identified problems.
