Working under the overall direction of the COP and in coordination and collaboration with project technical staff, the Senior Finance Manager is to plan, design and co-ordinate the implementation of sound accounting and financial management and control systems and procedures for all operational areas and.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise overall accounting and finance function and operations to ensure all accounting transactions are posted correctly prior month end closing
- Review accounting, Financial and other related reports
- Tax Filling Review and liaise with external tax consultant s for overall corporate tax, SST etc.
- Audit Support
- Consolidation, Assist in generating Annual Report, Board reporting
- Operational and building a close relationship with the Property Sales Team
- Reporting to the CFO, he is a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years
- They believes in open & honest communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- At least 5 years experience in related field
- Ability to deal with China Consortium partners
- Experience in PLC/IPO management
