Senior Document Controller (Job Details):

Job Description:
Ensures identification of documents and compliance with standard templates and formats. Perform quality and compliance checks on all documentation before issuing. Reporting on the progress of documents. Providing Document Control support to project team members in retrieving documents.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- The Senior Document Controller will maintain project documents and ensure that accurate information is distributed throughout Serco and Stakeholders on time, specifically to the people who need it.
- The holder of this position will also sort and store electronic and hard copy documents for the concerned parties and provide support to the Consultants/Subject Matter Experts within a project or a portfolio.
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Completion of higher education such as University Degree or Diploma.
- 5 years’ minimum experience in related field on national / international major initiatives and developments with focus on document control.
- Extensive experience of working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or internationally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
