About Role
Oversee, direct, and coordinate the work of lower level staff. Select, supervise, train, and evaluate staff. Participate in the development and administration of department goals, objectives, and procedures. Prepare and administer large program budgets. Prepare clear and concise administrative and financial reports.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the SPA verification and counter-sign process to ensure 100% accuracy of binding legal agreements
- Ensure Sales/Usufruct agreements are pre-registered with Land Department promptly after every new sale
- Verify and validate new agreements and renewals of all brokers, ambassadors and other third-party agreements
- Produce SPAs as often as required and execute all transactions related to SPAs on the system as per legal and finance requirements
- Execute payment plans in the Customer Experience Operating System and administer collections including issuing receipts, statements of accounts and LPC calculations
- Responsible for the calculation and administration of the sign-off process to ensure 100% accuracy and that payments are made within an agreed timeframe
- Monitor overdue customers and make recommendations to initiate default and termination processes
- Support in the handover process as per the handover strategy and administer settlement payments and handover of documentation
- The systemization of transaction and post-transaction processes.
- Support in the development of online customer accounts and post-sale service requests
- Support in post-sale service requests including modifications to commercial terms and NOCs for transfers
- Coordinate with the Data and Process team to ensure the integrity of customer data and adherence to transaction and post-transaction processes
- Coordinate with the Customer relations team on customer communications, complaints resolution, collections and post sales enquiries
- Assist in implementing established policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Significant experience with office management and daily operations.
- Good practical experience with MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of office equipment٫ like printers and fax machines. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
