Job Description

A sales support associate is a member of a sales team whose job entails supporting sales representatives in meeting sales quotas. Sales support associates perform administrative and data entry tasks, respond to customer inquiries, back up the sales team with information, process orders, and manage customers’ accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support with market research and analysish
  • Preparing documents and other marketing materials
  • Provide logistical support to the sales team through planning, scheduling, and coordinating and assisting with projects
  • Supporting with various administrative tasks
  • Plan and execute campaigns to boost bookings and increase awareness
  • Participate in studies on travel agencies to strengthen sabre value proposition
  • Propose new sales materials based on cross-matching from existing customer information and sabre data

Job Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prior Sales experience is a plus
  • Strong planning organizational skills combined with excellent time management
  • Attention to detail and impeccable follow through & ownership of results
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
