About Role
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Inventory stock and reorder when necessary.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring the daily sales activity for the sales staff, sales assistant, Sales Performance, Sales plans, and targets.
- Staff training, development, and motivation.
- Break branch goals and administer their success.
- Handle customer complaints and conduct customer feedback surveys.
- Customer satisfaction rating.s
- A purposeful role with mentorship from an experienced founding team (including colleagues from Careem, McKinsey, Rocket Internet, Amazon, Ebay, Dubizzle, Daraz and Food panda).

Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university.
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales field.
- High communication skills.
- Excellent English language.
