Job Description:
Sales specialists improve sales and overall business growth. They have an in-depth understanding of all company products and services, and the skills and industry knowledge required to sell them.
Job Responsibilities
- Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store.
- Maintain outstanding customer service as per Company standards.
- To further career growth and development within the brand through mastery of retail network practices and functions.
- To convert clients entering the boutique with a personalized welcome, identifying their expectations and by advising them on all product categories.
- To monitor and communicate through regular reporting fast/slow moving items, client preferences, seasonal demands and other relevant information to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail industry; luxury industry is preferable.
- Arabic Speaker is a must.
- Pleasant and good grooming skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.
- Outstanding customer service
