Sales Manager Job Description:
The sales manager is in charge of bringing more business to the hotel in order to increase sales. They analyze local markets for potential clients, assess competitor activity, and arrange site visits to initiate new sales.
Responsibilities:
- With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our clients.
- Where you will add significant value, identifying ways to further strengthen ties between tour agencies and existing clientele, to continuously support in providing outstanding service to our business; ensuring quality and consistency in all that we do.
Requirements/Experience/ Skills:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five star hotels
- He/She must be presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service and must be willing to work flexible hours
- Should be able to establish good relationships with potential clients and in depth understanding of the Travel & Tourism market
- Proven experience in Sales field.
- Excellent communications (written and verbal) skills
