Job Description
Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Sales managers are oftentimes expected to travel.

Location:- Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Job Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and expertise to client and internal stakeholder in helping to manage day-to-day operations.
- Ensure and improve Customer Satisfaction
- Defining and delivering the strategy for Services contracts in Malaysia aligned with the overall Siemens Energy strategy.
- Identify, assess, and inform the Siemens Energy Management of external and internal (Finance, Operations, Technical) issues
- Ensure that the programs and services offered contribute to the Siemens Energy mission.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience & exposure in various duties/functions in complex organizations
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in senior sales role preferably in industrial application segment (e.g., oil & gas, petrochemical, pulp & paper and distributed power generation).
- Be a collaborating team player
- Demonstrable evidence of successful projects or service business execution and Contracts management experience in rotating equipment (preferred)
- Strong experience in Environment, Health and Safety
