About Role
A sales executive is responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling product to them. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients. You must be able to search out business leads and trending products.

Job Responsibilities
- Actively manage all inbound digital leads and proactively prospect the customer database to generate new opportunities for the business within the agreed SLA
- Arrange suitable appointments and pass the appointed lead to the assigned Sales Manager, following the Al Futtaim Toyota digital sales process with every customer, ensuring we provide a professional and customer-focused experience that leads to the achievement of monthly sales targets of vehicle and value-added product sales
- Deliver industry-leading customer satisfaction, in line with Al Futtaim NPS & CSV Targets
- Meticulous detail to log all activity for reporting and analytics
- Ensure Product, Campaign and Pricing Knowledge is always up to date and one step ahead of customers information
Job Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
- Written and spoken English is a must; Arabic is preferable
- Previous experience within the automotive industry in sales or telesales
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver an exceptional brand experience
- Capability to understand and confidently discuss vehicle financing solutions and brand campaigns
- Capacity to confidently present and demonstrate the product professionally using effective online selling techniques
- Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices .
