Job Description:
A sales supervisor oversees the work of retail or non-retail sales employees. The sales supervisor may also perform some tasks of a manager, such as purchasing, accounting and budgeting. Retail sales supervisors may ship goods, arrange displays and help customers as well as assist staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the sales strategy for your zone and lead its implementation.
- Lead daily and monthly planning to ensure achievement of sales, revenue, engagement and profitability KPI targets for the assigned zone.
- Responsible for accurate sales forecasting, developing and implementing field sales plan for the assigned zone.
- Lead and drive the extended team. Coach, motivate and build direct sales force and develop talent
- Drive the business to the desired ambition, underlying Market Share Growth/Volume Growth
- Liaison with the logistics team to ensure timely distribution of orders in the assigned zone
- Develop plans to win with customers and channels, making every store a growth engine for our brands
- Manage key accounts and develop healthy working relationships with key customers
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university.
- Should have a hands on experience with data management/data analytics/performance management.
- Communication skills
- Customer focus orientated
