Job Description:
Restaurant managers oversee the successful running of a restaurant by hiring qualified staff, monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all products and beverages are ordered in the correct quantities.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
- Strategize on new products and service offerings
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Keep a meticulous record of income and expenses.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in the restaurant industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bookkeeping knowledge.
- Ability to professionally address customer complaints.
