1- Recruiting Cryptocurrency Sales
Job Type :- Full Time
Location:- Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent crypto client relationship management throughout the sales process.
- Focusing on goals and results whilst striving to surpass targets.
- Playing an active role in the company and adding to the strategic expansion of the business.
- Manage crypto client transaction flow.
- Leverage cryptocurrency data and analytics to add value and deepen client relationships.
- Originate new business autonomously targeting.
- Generate reports and analytics on existing client relationships to gain insights on trends for review with senior management.
- Facilitate the identification, sales, and onboarding of new client relationships across all products.
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and improve existing workflows.
- Promote cryptocurrency sales through frequent client meetings and discussions covering new products, market, and industry developments.
- Support the Ebury strong client relationship/servicing culture through on-going customer contact, written call reports via Salesforce, quality customer service and superior product knowledge.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
- Develop crypto sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze cryptocurrency market.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have 3+ cryptocurrency trading experience.
- Must have diverse risk management experience over managing large foreign exchange and commodity risks.
- Quick decision-making skill is necessary.
