Recreation Receptionist Job Description:
The Spa Front Desk Receptionist’s responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s treatment through up-selling
Job Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Should have min. 2 years of experience as Receptionist for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
