Job Description
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes.

Location:- Negeri Sembilan , Malaysia
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure manufacturing process meeting specifications as per ISO9001 requirement
- Liaise with Production, R&D, Maintenance on improvement activities
- Plan and execute quality improvement activities
- Inculcate quality awareness among workforce
- Seek new in-process testing and methods to improve products quality, minimize process rejection and scraps
- Support customer or affiliates by attending sites for quality investigation and report making
- Attend to customer complaints and warranty claims as required, and ensure parts replacement are promptly execute
- Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and related standard requirement
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Science/Mechanical/Electrical/Mathematics) or equivalent
- Min 2 years working experience with HVAC background
- Root cause failure analysis and problem-solving skills
- With ISO audit experience or equivalent would be an advantage
