About Role
A project manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organisation, from the initial ideation through to completion. They coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Review all documentation provided by business groups, councils/ Associations and ensure compliance with chamber by-laws and regulations for new establishments\renewals.
- Review and comment on the by-laws of business groups and councils before submitting to the legal department for approval.
- Monitor ongoing activities of business groups and councils and provide brief to Senior Manager – Business Relations
- Analyze challenges or issues faced by the business community and recommend way forward and action
- Attend Annual General meeting of business councils and groups on behalf of the Chamber and provide feedback to Senior Manager – Business Relations.
- Manage the affairs of the groups/councils/associations and attend to their daily requirements including handling verbal and written queries
- Act as the key focal point at the Chamber for the business community mainly the business groups, councils, and association.
- Act as a key account manager for crucial sectors
- Facilitate discussions between the business community and relevant government entities to raise issues related to their respective economic sectors
- Identify discussion topics for roundtable meetings/other events with our stakeholders
- Identify nature of the operations of the non-profit associations (councils/groups/trade office/associations) and the roles of Government Authorities that license NPOs/ and other Key Government entitie
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in international relations, business or related field
- 5-8 year’ experience in corporate affairs, client relations or marketing field
- Strong negotiation, customer service, coaching and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, spoken and written)
