Job Description
Program managers oversee the fulfillment of larger organizational goals. They coordinate activities between multiple projects without directly managing them. Instead, they manage the main program, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation.
1- Program Manager
Job Type :- Full Time
Location:- Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities
- Manage existing program, successfully delivering difficult projects and goals across multiple organizations
- Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions
- Create, communicate, and handle budget for projects
- Ability to travel up to 25% within MENA
- Own program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating as appropriate
- Influence design and development of strategic processes
- Look for opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Arabic language
- Technical/system analytical work in operations area (5+ years)
- Project management (5+ years)
- Experience in building business strategies
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and build consensus with various internal and external groups and senior leaders.
