Job Description
Program managers oversee the fulfillment of larger organizational goals. They coordinate activities between multiple projects without directly managing them. Instead, they manage the main program, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead programs and projects through demonstrating high level of project management proficiency while getting to a successful delivery
- Create and executes project work plans and make appropriate revisions to meet changing needs
- Ensure awareness of project status across the organization, get and keep things on track
- Problem solving – constant identifications of gaps and risks and take the initiative to find a solution and execute
- Effectively apply company’s program management office methodology and enforce project standards
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Contribute to program methodology building based on lesson learned processes and gained experience
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of program/project management experience with a proven track record of driving results in hi-tech organizations – Must
- Experience using project and product management tools – MS/Jira/TFS – Must
- Experience in cross functional project management
- Superior knowledge of software and product development life cycles
- Good knowledge of online cross border payments
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills
- PMP and / or CSM
