Job Description
Product specialists work with a team to ensure excellent product delivery. They have a wealth of knowledge about a product or range, and also analyze market trends, develop sales, price and profitability strategies, recommend improvements, identify opportunities, and increase revenue.
1- Product Specialist
Job Type :- Full Time
Location:- Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Responsibilities
- Operationalization of the Voice of the Customer, create and embed feedback loop into the product cycle
- Translate feedback data into digestible formats to drive continuous product improvement
- Investigate and optimize triage bug reports by automation and comprehensive product documentation
- Play an active role in product launches and implementation, aligning stakeholders together in terms of timelines and information
- Run product experimentations to allow the Product team to continue making data-driven decisions
- Focus on improving the operations of how products are built through process refinement and creation
Job Requirements
- Comfortable at dealing with ambiguity and excel at problem-solving.
- Experience in managing stakeholders from different departments or tribes.
- Obsessive with improvement, things can always be better.
- Familiar with agile software development and related tools.
- Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
- Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have an ability to prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
- Good English skills, in both written and verbal communication.
- 2- 3 Years of relevant experience
- Moderate skills in Microsoft Office
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have comparable experience in Product Operations, Strategy & Ops or as a Product Specialist.
