Job Description
The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products.

Job Responsibilities
- Own the product’s vision and strategy, and continually test assumptions while driving high-performance delivery
- Communicate and collaborate with all departments, including marketing, sales, and design
- Support business development team in engaging with customers in order to develop a substantive understanding of their domain, hard problems, and perspectives on solutions
- Gather feature feedback and requirements for features under development, and work with engineering and data science teams to prioritize feature work
- Collaborate with product marketing teams in translating customer pain points into clearly stated value propositions to be used in various marketing initiatives
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of leading and launching high-performing products, preferably in fintech or SaaS-based B2B through full product cycle
- Entrepreneurial and leadership skills for a product team
- Eagerness to work on products with global impact and potential
- Exceptional communication skills managing cross-functional stakeholders
- A proven track record of leading customer discovery interviews and translating customer feedback to clear customer pain points
