Job Description
They must oversee the packaging process and ensure it runs smoothly. That includes tasks like operating the filling line, loading stock, forming cartons, palliating, kegging, and labelling. They will also ensure the packaged product makes it safely to the warehouse or distribution centre.

Job Responsibilities
- Striving for excellence/compliance in safety & health, environmental, and quality
- Coaching, training, and developing employees in safety, quality and inventory management (receiving , warehousing , picking, counting , delivering…ETC)
- Managing Cycle count program and accuracy of our inventory.
- Interacting with employees from other departments to fulfill on-time delivery
- Demonstrated commitment to company safety initiative, programs, policies and procedures including MBM and Code of Conduct
- Manage crating department in accordance with other production lines to ensure smooth workflow.
Job Requirements
- Supervision of warehouse or logistic environment Experience.
- Experience with ERP, MRP systems
- Experience with Lean logistic and Manufacturing philosophies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Customer satisfaction focus
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety and EHS excellence
- Prober academic or vocational qualification.
- Able to work in an industrial environment
- English Fluent, Professional level
